Wharton’s Lifelong Learning program provides a rich array of educational resources for all Wharton alumni throughout their professional lives, helping them to continually maximize their success in their selected professions and communities. These resources include online and in-person coursework and educational events, downloadable content, a peer network of extraordinary alumni, career support, and opportunities to engage in innovative problem solving.
Lifelong Learning Topic Tournament
All alumni are invited to participate in our ongoing Lifelong Learning Topic Tournament. The tournament identifies the topics of greatest interest to the alumni. So whether you are seeking to advance your career, address a particular business concern, or effect social change in concert with other Wharton alumni, the tournament gives you a way to tell us what you want and need to learn!
Lifelong Learning: Lifelong Connections
Wharton Global Alumni Forums bring alumni around the world together with Wharton faculty and alumni for educational presentations, learning opportunities, and networking. In recent years Wharton Global Alumni Forums have been held in San Francisco, Madrid, Seoul, Dubai, Bogata, Beijing, Lima, Ho Chi Minh City, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, and Zurich.
A dedicated alumni portal includes an alumni database, and events. A global network of 78 alumni clubs provide programs and regional events for alumni worldwide. And an alumni-only LinkedIn group provides a forum for Wharton alumni to share information and opportunities.
Executive Education
Wharton MBA alumni are now eligible to take one Wharton Executive Education open enrollment course – most of which are 4 or 5 days in length – tuition free (excluding room and board) every 7 years beginning 7 years after graduation. Please note that Wharton’s 5-week Advanced Management Program and 2-week Executive Development Program are not included in this opportunity.
Wharton and University Alumni may attend additional Wharton Executive Education Open Enrollment short (3-5 days) courses at a 25% tuition discount, assuming that they meet standards for admission to the course and space is available in the program.
Free Access to MBA Courses
Wharton MBA alumni may audit non-cohort elective MBA courses. This gives alumni the lifelong opportunity to dive into content areas that are of current interest and infuse their professional perspective with ideas and solutions, innovations in business knowledge and new, specialized skills.
